Where are your products shipped from?
Shelter Fitness products all ship from our US based fulfillment centers. These are located in Dallas, Texas, Idaho Falls, Idaho, and La Vergne, Tennessee. We will ship from the closest facility to ensure fast delivery.
How much does Shipping Cost?
Shelter Fitness offers Free Shipping options for all orders over $30. Under $30 we offer multiple reasonably priced flat rate options to choose from. Expedited shipping speeds are available at an upgraded cost.
What courier do you use to ship?
We use UPS for all of our shipping needs as we have found them to be the most consistent and reliable for our client needs.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed before 3pm will process the same day. Items typically arrive in 2 business days or less after the order is placed.
Can I Track My Order?
When your order ships, we will provide a tracking number for your order VIA email. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
How does Overnight Shipping Work?
Our overnight shipping option guarantees shipping time in 1 business day. If you select our Overnight Shipping option before 3:00 PM local time, it will ship out the same day and arrive the next business day. If you purchase after 3:00 PM local time, it will ship the next business day, arriving 1 business day later.

What if something isn't right with my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return a defective order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process.
A product that looks similar to yours is cheaper on a large e-commerce website, why?
At Shelter Fitness, our aim is not to be the next discount fitness supplier and we will often not be the cheapest option available. While many products in the fitness industry may look similar, we work with leading manufacturers to produce commercial quality equipment that has proven stand the test of time and our rigorous testing. For example, the material used in our Power Bands is produced by a leading latex manufacturer who only uses 100% Malaysian latex & primarily supplies leading medical supply companies. As such, our costs are often times higher than our competition because of the higher quality materials used in manufacturing, but in return we are able to sell a product we are happy to stand behind and know will stand the test of time. This is why our return rates are so low in comparison to other retailers, and why hundreds of happy customers have provided positive reviews of our products.
Can I get my product personalized?
At this time we do not offer product personalization.
How long is your Warranty Period?
Our warranty period is 30 days after it arrives to you. If you have any issues with a product after this period, email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to help make it right the best we can.

We have 2 US based offices. Our main office is in Cranberry Township, PA with a second location in New Fairfield, CT. Additionally, we have fulfillment centers in Dallas, Texas, Idaho Falls, Idaho, and La Vergne, Tennessee.
Can I Pick Up my Gear?
At this time we only offer shipping as an option. As we continue to grow and add other products, we plan to add a pickup option.
